College Life
When it comes to sport, we offer the whole package. We take great pride in our sporting heritage, but we are constantly looking forward in a climate which recognises tomorrow more than yesterday. Using our superb facilities alongside expert coaching, your child will benefit from the best sporting provision possible. Whatever their level or ability, we want them to experience enjoyment, success, and develop the confidence to try, and try again.
Founded on the principles of excellence and positivity, your child will regularly play our core sports and benefit from first-rate coaching. Whether playing competitively or simply for pleasure, they will develop an understanding of, and love for, sport, health, and fitness.

Sport, health, and fitness develop skills for life, from collaboration and courage to kindness and compassion. Most importantly, we believe these activities should be fun and enjoyable for everyone, whether in a competitive environment or not.
The physical benefits of sport, health, and fitness are well documented, with recent studies highlighting the academic benefits, and just as importantly, the mental and social benefits, of taking part in regular physical activity.
Sports scholars are expected to excel in one of our core sports, possess significant future potential, demonstrate impressive personal qualities and sporting leadership, and achieve the required academic standard.
Thanks to the Stortfordians of the past and present, we enjoy an outstanding reputation and a fine sporting tradition. We carry the responsibility to nurture that tradition and enhance that reputation further. We will conduct ourselves as honest, well-mannered Stortfordians during all matches and competitions.
We will all:
