About Us
At the heart of the College, are its people. It is the energy and imagination of our staff, and their enthusiasm to go that extra mile, which creates the opportunities, experiences, and very special atmosphere that our pupils enjoy and adds immeasurable value to the education we provide.
We employ circa 350 teachers, professional, support, and technical staff. Together, our employees work as a community with a shared aim; to provide exceptional opportunities for our pupils. Here there is a togetherness where none of us is as important as all of us.
We are a member school of The Head’s Conference (HMC). HMC schools are world-leading independent schools. To find out more about what it’s like to teach at an HMC school, visit: www.hmcteachingcareers.org.uk
