Expansion of College Transport Services

Increasing demand for our College Transport services has seen an additional minibus being added to our fleet, facilitating the expansion of our route network and services.

The additional minibus has been deployed on our Epping route in a trial run, increasing seat availability on the morning service. Our Newport service is also being expanded in response to parent feedback, to serve Saffron Walden and Audley End.

All College Transport services are operated on Bishop’s Stortford College branded minibuses, featuring images of current pupils, and are driven by College-employed staff.

Our network now serves the following routes, with services operating daily during term time.

Saffron Walden route

Saffron Walden, Audley End, Newport, Clavering, Manuden, Bentfield, Bishop’s Stortford

Welwyn Garden City North route

Welwyn North, Burnham Green, Watton at Stone, Thundridge, Colliers End, Standon, Little Hadham

Welwyn Garden City South route

Welwyn Garden City, Cole Green, Birch Green, Hertford North station, Ware station, Much Hadham

Epping route

Epping, Thornwood, Harlow, Harlow Mill, Sawbridgeworth
