Admissions
(with effect from 1 January 2025 inclusive of VAT)
We endeavour to keep extra payments to a minimum so that family budgeting is as straightforward as possible. For this reason, accommodation and laundry (for boarders), EAL/ESOL (for international boarders), lunches, stationery and textbooks are all included in the fees. Due to the variety on offer, and their various charges, external examination fees are added on an individual basis to the fees for the term in which the examination is taken.
Where payment is made from a UK bank account, we encourage payment of school fees to be made termly by direct debit. Please download the direct debit form and return it to fees@bishopsstortfordcollege.org.
Where a direct debit instruction is not in place, we recommend using our payment portal, which is administered by Flywire. This is a secure payment system that allows you to pay from any country and in your home currency. You can find out more information about Flywire here.

Through School Fee Plan you can pay your school fees monthly. We are an appointed representative of Premium Credit Limited which is Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. School Fee Plan is a trading style of Premium Credit Limited (company number 02015200).

A financial advisor will be able to provide advice on the purchase of the vouchers. If CCVs or TFC are used the amount paid by direct debit will be adjusted given sufficient notice to do so.
In accordance with our terms and conditions, a full term’s notice must be given in writing to the Head if you wish to remove your child from the College or withdraw the acceptance of a place for your child at the College.
