Robert Pearce House (RPH) celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2023 and offers a diverse community of boarders and day pupils. It houses a large common room, equipped with a television, table football, table tennis, and a pool table. Here, the whole House gathers each day for House assembly and is the social hub of the RPH community.
The kitchens are fully equipped and pupils are free to prepare food and drinks in the evenings and at weekends.
Single en suite bedrooms are located on the top and first floors, with additional en suite twin bedrooms located on the first floor.
Quad rooms are on the ground floor, offering plenty of study space and room for personal belongings. Disabled access rooms are located on the ground floor.

Rowe House is one of our newest boarding houses and offers a supportive and caring atmosphere for pupils to grow and develop, academically and personally. The House includes a large shared common room equipped with a pool table and table tennis. The common room is the venue for morning meetings and House assemblies.
The kitchen is always fully stocked to provide drinks and snacks for our pupils to make themselves.
All bedrooms in Rowe House are en suite and are a mix of single and twin rooms, with four additional quad rooms. Disabled access rooms are located on the ground floor.

Trotman House is a luxury, purpose built boarding house with a modern and fresh feel. Pupils living in Trotman House are supported to thrive and develop academically and socially in a happy, fun, and caring atmosphere.
A large common room on the ground floor is used for House meetings and assemblies and contains a smart TV and games console. In a separate kitchen area, pupils can make hot drinks, snacks, and cook on weekend evenings.
Trotman contains three different types of boarders’ rooms; single, double, and quad. All single and double rooms have en suite bathrooms. Disabled access rooms are located on the ground floor.

Young House offers a happy, caring, and inclusive environment where pupils are provided with appropriate structure and guidance so they can fulfill their individual potential, both academically and personally.
The social hub of this close-knit boarding community is the spacious, recently refurbished common room where pupils relax, play the piano, watch TV and play together on games consoles. The adjoining kitchen area is fully equipped and pupils can make drinks, snacks, and cook.
Bedrooms in Young House are a mix of single, twin and quads with a number of bedrooms sleeping six pupils.
